Each crew member will be trained to "bring families and friends together over the best box of cookies in the world." Each crew member has a unique role to play in this experience. ALL CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES Learn to make the best cookies in the world! Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service Clean and restock the workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for next shift Use basic math and computer skills Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Have the ability to make someone smile! No formal education required SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations Effectively instructing other employees on the shift Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment Meet deadlines Maintain excellent customer service at all levels SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS Previous leadership experience preferred but not required Able to work quickly and efficiently Notable communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic Team player Professional appearance and attitude Computer literacy Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment It is vital that the ideal candidate is comfortable leading a shift, making a game-plan, and keeping team members accountable.
