About This Role The RN SPU Endoscopy position involves providing nursing care to a defined group of patients while adhering to Kaiser Permanente's standards and policies. This role is ideal for nurses who are skilled in patient assessment and care plan implementation. Highlights Pay: $44 - $81/hour Location: Seattle, WA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time, 4 - 10's, Days vary based on department need What You'll Do Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs using the nursing process. Develop written plans of care based on patient needs and priorities. Provide nursing interventions safely and competently. Communicate with patients and families regarding care and interventions. Assess and evaluate care for specific age populations (Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Geriatric). Initiate nursing admission database and discharge planning in collaboration with inpatient staff. Identify and address patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs. Develop educational components for nursing care plans and provide teaching/counseling. Integrate health promotion and preventive care into ongoing assessments. Participate in continued education programs and nursing research.
