Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of registered nurse or physician.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to healthcare team.

• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

• Support team in achieving departmental goals and targets.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Utilize technology to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.

• Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Experience/Qualifications

• Hold a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.

• Demonstrate proficiency in administering medications safely and effectively.

• Participate actively in professional development and training opportunities.

• Strong desire to learn and evolve professionally within a growth-oriented company.

• Experience in documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment with high visibility.

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Proven ability to assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.

• Utilize healthcare technology to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.
