Product Support Analyst

Location: Kraków (hybrid model, 3 days per week from the office) Employment Type: Employment Contract Salary: 5,800 - 7,300 PLN gross/month Working Hours: Choose your preferred schedule (UK or US support hours) Join a brand-new team and grow with us We are launching a new Customer Support team in Kraków and looking for people who enjoy working with others, solving problems, and delivering a great customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international technology organization at an exciting stage of expansion . You'll be part of building a new team from the ground up, working alongside colleagues from different countries, and supporting users of an innovative global software platform. You don't need to be a highly technical expert. What matters most is your communication skills, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to help people find solutions. What will you do? Support customers via chat, email, and phone. Help users solve product-related questions and everyday challenges. Investigate issues and guide customers toward solutions. Manage customer requests and document interactions accurately. Work closely with colleagues from international teams. Share customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve processes and user experience. Who are we looking for? Fluent English (minimum B2/C1). Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Support, Hospitality, Retail, Operations, or another customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. What do we offer?
