About the Job

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EEG Technologist to join a neurodiagnostic team supporting both inpatient and outpatient services. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with neurologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic care.

The ideal candidate has experience performing routine and ambulatory EEG studies, long-term monitoring, and is comfortable working with modern digital EEG equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and ambulatory EEG studies.
Conduct Long-Term Monitoring (LTM) and specialized neurodiagnostic testing.
Apply electrodes using the International 10-20 System.
Prepare and educate patients before procedures.
Document studies accurately using Epic EMR.
Collaborate with neurologists to provide technical findings.
Maintain and troubleshoot EEG equipment.
Ensure compliance with departmental quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (EEG) program.
Minimum 2 years of EEG Technologist experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Experience using Epic EMR.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

ABRET (R. EEG T.) Certification.
Experience performing ambulatory EEGs and long-term monitoring.
