We are currently seeking a Caregiver for morning shifts on weekends. If you have the skills and compassion to provide quality care, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission.

As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for both male and female clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

• Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

• 24/7 on‑call support for emergencies or schedule changes

• Holiday pay (time and a half)

• Must be 18 or older

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Able to pass a background check

• Experience with dementia and behavioral care

• Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
