The ideal candidate will help patients improve mobility, strength, functional independence, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.\n ✅ Requirements\n Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program\n Active California PT License required\n Minimum 3 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred\n Skilled Nursing Facility or similar rehabilitation experience preferred\n Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and adaptive equipment\n Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills\n ❤️ Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care\n Responsibilities\n ✔️ Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations\n ✔️ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans\n ✔️ Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function\n ✔️ Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed\n ✔️ Educate patients and families on exercises, safe mobility, and home modifications\n ✔️ Collaborate with nurses, physicians, occupational therapists, and other members of the care team\n ✔️ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation\n ✔️ Ensure treatment plans comply with facility policies and regulatory standards\n ⭐ Assignment Highlights\n ✔️ 13-week contract\n ✔️ 40 hours per week\n ✔️ Day-to-day rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment\n ✔️ Supportive interdisciplinary team\n ✔️ Holiday coverage required\n ✔️ No on-call requirement\n ✔️ Permanent placement opportunities may also be available\n ✨ Ready for your next Physical Therapist assignment?
