Base Pay $44.00 - $58.19 / Hour Job Category Physical Therapist Employee Type Full Time Required Degree 4 Year Degree Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Responsibilities As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment utilizing evidence-based interventions and reports to the Director of Therapy Service or Director of Rehabilitation Therapies. You will: Evaluate patients and interpret findings to develop an individualized plan of care to meet the needs and goals of the patient per Physician orders. Establish and implement treatment interventions as guided by best practice and evidence-based theory to achieve treatment goals. Implement treatment programs through direct treatment with patient. Throughout therapy process methodically plan for appropriate discharge once patient goals are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum Current Washington State Physical Therapist License or eligible Basic Life Support certification. Oral and written fluency in the English language. Preferred Qualifications and Education One year hospital or outpatient experience This position is identified as a safety-sensitive position for which impairment while on the job would present a substantial risk of death.
