What You'll Be Doing Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials within the site Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance needs Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Communicate with team members to support smooth production flow Assist with general labor or site tasks as needed What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing work needs Reliable teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
