That experience gave me a deep understanding of the business and a passion for helping customers and developing successful team members. I'm the proud parent of three children and grandparent of five grandchildren, and I love hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my family. Being involved in the local community is important to me, and I enjoy supporting and giving back whenever I can. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Araceli Sandoval - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
