You’ll: Lead and inspire a team committed to ending homelessness. Oversee program compliance, documentation, and operations with precision and care. Build partnerships with community organizations and referral sources. Empower clients through advocacy, housing search support, and skill-building. Foster a safe, compassionate, and client-centered environment for all. Track outcomes, supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure effective communication across programs. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 2-3 years of Individual shelter experience . Background: Experience working directly with homeless populations, mental health, and substance use services. Leadership: A positive, hands-on leader who motivates through empathy and accountability. Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills; proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
