luxury Residential Project Manager

North Eastern Trade Services is seeking a highly qualified individual who strives to provide exceptional customer service, and one who cares about the quality of the work he/she oversees. We are a custom home builder and we construct buildings and additions for several high net worth and confidential clients. Quality and customer service is our number one priority. Additionally: we are looking for someone that understands the importance of upholding a project schedule and completing a project on time and on budget. This position will lead an operations team consisting of a Project Manager, Assistant Project manager, & four Superintendents. Collectively overseeing four projects and managing preconstruction and buyout for upcoming projects in the pipeline. This position will be responsible for creating and enforcing project schedules which is done in MS Project. We want someone client focused as well as employee focused. Our staff are dedicated, and we strive for a friendly family atmosphere while maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate for this role will be well organized, well spoken, kind, but firm, and know how to respond to customers effectively and in a timely fashion. This position will also be responsible for hosting weekly standing meetings and team meetings in the training room every Wednesday to align the team collectively on the company goals and mission. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience planning, coordinating, and delivering residential construction projects. Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, such as coordinating permits, inspections, and material deliveries. Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes to verify work meets code, safety requirements, and luxury finish standards. Background in logistics management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of multiple trades. Knowledge of high-end residential construction practices, materials, and finishes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management skills. Proficiency in construction management software and basic office productivity tools. Ability to work on-site daily in North Easton, MA and manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously. Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field; comparable experience may be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
