Description
FREZ-n-STOR is a commercial cold storage warehouse that provides quick freezing, handling and storage for the food industry. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented forklift drivers to join our Operations Department.
Schedule: 2nd shift: 4:00pm start time (shift runs from 8 to 10 hours). Hours may vary.
Pay: $17.50/hr. - $19.25/hr.
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate electric stand up reach trucks.
- Must be able to work in freezing temperatures - (Gear provided to keep warm).
- Must be able to work 8-10 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.
- Steel Toe or composite boots.
Qualifications
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lift and store heavy loads with an electric stand up reach truck.
- Move pallets in/out of freezers and blast cells.
- Retrieve orders for shipment.
- Follow procedures for correct inventory tracking.
- Wrap pallets to prepare for shipment.
- Add slats, restack boxes and remove broken pallets.
- Maintain work area clean.
