This role will support the development and administration of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data-driven business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building reports and dashboards, developing interactive business applications, managing BI platforms, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 (flexible upon experience)

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and strategic business initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, performance, scalability, and usability.
• Create and maintain data models and reporting structures to support enterprise analytics.
• Administer and support enterprise BI platforms including security, governance, access management, and workspace organization.
• Manage row-level security and user permissions.
• Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.
• Support data connectivity and reporting environment optimization.
• Design and develop interactive business applications that enable users to engage with data beyond traditional reporting.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions that enhance data accessibility and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for application-based analytics solutions.
• Develop tools that automate reporting, data validation, and business processes.
• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support enterprise analytics initiatives through requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Assist in defining reporting standards and best practices.
• Ensure appropriate access controls, security measures, and governance standards are maintained.
• Optimize report performance, data queries, and application responsiveness.
• Participate in data quality and governance efforts.
• Support the full development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancements.
• Utilize source control and deployment tools to maintain development standards.
• Create technical documentation and support materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data applications, or related technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering reporting solutions, dashboards, analytics applications, and business-focused data products.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while partnering effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong experience developing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience developing business applications using modern web technologies.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and application deployment processes.
• Understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise analytics environments.
• Knowledge of version control systems and software development best practices.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with security, governance, and access management concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
