Senior Full-Stack Developer

Salary: $130,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a senior full-stack developer who can contribute from day one.
• We require strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
• Were looking for 3+ years of production full-stack development experience.
• You should be able to take a broad concept and turn it into a working product without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications is important.
• We value strong product judgment, including the ability to challenge the wrong idea and simplify the solution before building.
• You should be comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• We will have you build, support, and scale SaaS products that serve both our agency and the Insurance Sales Lab platform.
• Youll develop and maintain CallJoyna, our call intelligence application.
• Youll work on our Daily Stat Tracker used across the sales floor and by platform members.
• Youll create and improve our SOP Video Vault for onboarding and ongoing training.
• Youll develop the ISL member portal, including onboarding flows, dashboards, and role-based access.
• Youll contribute to new SaaS products as our backlog grows.
• Youll troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance products already in production.
• Youll work directly with our founders to identify opportunities and ship improvements.
