Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a closely related discipline, along with at least five years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, business/system analysis, or a directly related field. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in place of the degree, and an advanced degree may count toward part of the experience requirement.
• We require at least two years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.
• We require at least one year of experience in a leadership capacity, with or without direct reports.

• We define product strategy and vision, and build product roadmaps from early concept through launch, including decisions on new offerings or enhancements for market release.
• We assess potential process changes, system impacts, and workflow concepts to determine whether proposed improvements are feasible.
• We maintain an end-to-end view of how business processes and internal system configurations influence the user experience.
• We develop business cases for new products, product improvements, and related business opportunities.
• We manage technical debt appropriately and incorporate validated insights into product enhancements.
• We ensure documentation clearly reflects customer and stakeholder needs, and work with teammates to refine features and requirements.
• We facilitate the product team and cross-functional stakeholder groups throughout the product lifecycle by coordinating dependencies, resolving roadblocks, and removing constraints.
• We collaborate with operations and market stakeholders to support product adoption and coordinate training for production support and operational readiness.
• We lead feature demonstrations for stakeholders and provide product expertise, peer coaching, and consultation as needed.
• We conduct internal and external discovery for new and existing products by partnering with business teams to identify needs and market opportunities.
• We prototype and validate solutions with end users, supported by UX, engineering, research, and other partners as appropriate.
• We translate discovery findings into the product roadmap.
• We define, monitor, and report key performance indicators and other success metrics, including speed and quality measures.
• We review dashboards, evaluate KPI alignment, and prepare reports, status updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
• We prioritize the backlog to balance new development, non-functional requirements, maintenance, support, and technical work.
• We collaborate on competitive research, user testing, experimentation, and design thinking initiatives to solve user problems.
• We support business-specific projects by planning work, assigning resources, meeting deadlines, escalating risks, and improving processes.
• We build relationships across functions, share expertise, respond to feedback, and support learning and collaboration across the team.

We are hiring a senior Product Manager to lead the Middle and Back Revenue Cycle portfolio across multiple IT organizations, aligned to strategic business goals within our operational revenue cycle departments. Our scope includes Clinical Documentation, Charge Capture, Coding, Claims Creation and Submission, Denials Management, Payment Posting and Reconciliation, Patient Collections, and Revenue Integrity. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on product strategy, roadmap delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes from initiation through close-out. We work closely with operations, market stakeholders, UX, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to bring improvements to market, strengthen adoption, and support enterprise compliance and technology risk management.
