Leading the production and execution of content for a fast-growing e-commerce media partner in the fashion and beauty space, the full-time Social Media Content Lead will edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, while managing a small team of video editors remotely. Key responsibilities: Edit and finalize high-volume short-form video content for social media Direct video editors to ensure consistent content delivery that aligns with brand voice Analyze content performance to inform future production and content strategy Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in editing social media content for fashion, beauty, wellness, or similar consumer brands A portfolio showcasing fashion social media content with measurable growth metrics Proven ability to manage or direct a team of video editors A strong understanding of fashion and beauty trends
