Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a full-time Home Health Aide (HHA) for a unique hybrid role that combines in-home caregiving with administrative office support. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people directly and also has strong organizational, communication, or office skills.

You'll support clients in their homes, assist our local team, and help ensure dependable, high-quality care throughout the community.

Pay Rates

• Caregiver with Office Responsibilities: $22.00/hour

• Committed Caregiver: $22.00-$23.00/hour

• Heavy Chore Caregiver: $21.00-$22.00/hour

What You'll DoProvide In-Home Support

• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Offer medication reminders and assistance with errands.

• Follow care plans and safety guidelines.

• Communicate important changes or concerns to the care team.

Support Office Operations

• Assist with scheduling and care coordination.

• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.

• Help maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Support phone calls and general administrative tasks.

• Keep information organized and help daily operations run smoothly.

Service Area

You'll serve clients throughout the Tri-Valley communities, including:

• Northbridge

• Uxbridge

• Upton

• Millville

• Blackstone

• Mendon

• Hopedale

• Milford

• Bellingham

• Medway

The office is located in Auburn, MA . Travel throughout the service area may be required.
