Optometrist – Full-Time – Corporate Practice – Des Moines, IA Join Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings, and vision treatment to military service members in Iowa. About the Role Work primarily weekends with occasional weekdays as needed. Provide health readiness services to meet the medical requirements for U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve. Responsibilities Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with DOCS Health equipment. Assist with vision screening and treatment for military members. Qualifications Active and unrestricted optometry license/certification in Iowa. Weekend availability and occasional weekday availability. Passionate, friendly, and caring demeanor. Preferred: Experience working with military members. Background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening required for conditional offers.
