We are seeking a Supply Chain/Logistics Supervisor in Warrendale, PA

Job Duties:

-Responsible for driving excellence in materials management, with a strong focus on spare parts ADU optimization, inventory control, and forecast (FC) planning to ensure availability and working capital discipline.
-This role also oversees the planning and coordination of microscope shipments, aligning logistics execution with operational readiness and customer commitments.
-Own spare parts ADU strategy, inventory health, and stocking policies to balance service level and working capital.
-Lead demand forecasting (FC) alignment with Service and Sales to ensure material readiness and minimize expedite costs.
-Approve replenishment plans, safety stock levels, and purchase timing within defined authority limits.
-Oversee end-to-end logistics planning for microscope shipments, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination with warehouse and carriers.
-Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counts, obsolescence mitigation, and slow-moving stock reduction.
-Manage local warehouse operations performance (OTIF, backorders, lead times, cost control).
-Escalation owner for materials availability risks impacting installations, uptime, or customer commitments.

Requirements:

-Bachelor"s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
-5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory planning, or logistics within a technical or capital equipment environment.
-Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel (forecasting, ADU analysis, inventory modeling).
-Solid understanding of demand planning, spare parts management, and international shipping/logistics processes.
-International shipping/import/export experience
- Forklift experience preferred
