Supervisor, Contractor Support

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Field Operations Supervisor of Contractor Support, you are collaborative and highly organized. You will be responsible for Contract Support, interacting with Contract Business Partners to ensure compliance with Spectrum specifications and requirements for installation, drop bury, and project related activity. In this role, you will also handle customer escalations, damage claim investigation and assist with onboarding of new service partners, and monitor workload to ensure completion of work when it is issued.
