Job Description Day Shift 8 hours/day 5 days/week Title:Occupational Therapist Home Health Location: Morganton North Carolina 28655 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift - 40 Shift Information: 0800-1700 Clinical Interviewing- No - Manager Interview On Call, Call Back Requirements: No, not unless requested Holiday Requirements: Travelers will work 75% of holidays Floating Requirements: N/A Weekend Rotation: No Department Information: Approximately 6 visits a day Home Health Therapy Services Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if seasoned to home health Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if seasoned to home health Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Chronic diseases, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: Driver's License and proof of Insurance required OT: BLS; State Licensure required Skills required: Charting experience with Homecare Homebase is required (no exceptions), IV, pleurx, wound vac, wound care, assessment, disease teaching, OASIS Support within the Department: Departmental leadership Technology/Equipment: Samsung note 9 phones HCHB Orientation (facility and unit): NEO 5 days orientation Scheduling: Weekend rotation: No Is On Call required?
