Essential Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the State of Florida.
• A strong desire to learn, be mentored, and practice evidence-based manual therapy.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and listening skills.
• Loads of common sense and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
• Warmth, empathy, and a talent for building relationships with patients.
• Impeccable timeliness (being early or on-time is non-negotiable).

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Our Florida Clinics. You must have reliable transportation.
• Compensation: We pay at least 10% above the industry average, but more importantly, we offer a 300% better work environment. You will receive regular performance reviews with the potential for raises, bonuses, and unmatched clinical mentorship to grow your skillset.
