Traveling Associate Dentist

Tend is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our modern, tech-driven dental care team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will travel between Tend practices to provide high-quality general dentistry, ensuring a consistent, patient-first experience across locations. You will perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a full scope of general dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and basic prosthodontic and endodontic care. You will collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and patient care teams to deliver comfortable, transparent, and personalized care that reflects Tend’s mission to transform the dental visit. Using Tend’s digital tools and technology, you will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, review digital imaging, and communicate clearly with patients about findings, options, and recommended treatments in an easy-to-understand, non-intimidating way. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will adapt to different office teams and workflows, support schedule coverage needs, and help maintain clinical quality and consistency as you move between Tend locations. You will adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements, and you will practice evidence-based dentistry aligned with current guidelines. You will participate in case discussions, peer review, and ongoing training to continually improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
