Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it’s a quick question or a big request, you’re all about making their stay unforgettable. Communication Champ: You know how to get the message across—clearly, confidently, and with a smile. High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
