Assistant ManagerThe Assistant Manager is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and quality assurance. In partnership with branch leadership, field leadership, and corporate leadership, the Assistant Manager will focus on educating, directing, and holding accountable field support personnel in the areas of operational compliance and efficiency, leadership and development, and effective communication within his or her assigned offices.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions of the Assistant Manager:Recruit, interview, hire, counsel and terminate field support personnel in assigned regionPartner with Regional VP, branch leadership, field leadership, and corporate leadership to communicate operational goals, strategic objectives, and TEKsystems' policies and proceduresAssist in the creation, management and administration of incentive plans, diversity initiatives, benefit administrationFormal mentoring/reporting relationship with field support personnel in assigned remote officesAudit and analyze operational processes and procedures for compliance with TEKsystems' guidelinesProvide direction and support to field office and act as liaison to corporate on escalated operations, human resource, and information systems issuesProvide clear performance expectations to field support personnel and drive results through regular performance assessment and goal settingDesign and implement processes/policies that allow for management of assigned offices, impacting profitability and reducing operational costsCollaborate with Center Managers and provide regular feedback regarding program initiatives, best practices and make recommendations for improvementsCompensation range; $75k-$90k, $5k bonus paid AnnuallyQualificationsQualifications:BA / BS degree preferredAbility to lead a team with focus on fostering relationships to support achievement of expected business results and providing coaching to ensure your team meets their personal and professional goalsCapability of working in a team oriented environment that is fair, open and honestThorough knowledge of business policies and human resource practicesAble to lead change management/ processesExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision making abilityAction and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasksIntegrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and personal credibilityCandidate must have superior coaching abilities as well as exceed in all operations.Candidate must have a strong understanding of policies and FSG operating rhythms, commitment to TEKsystems core values and dedication to the FSG overall vision and mindset.
