Manager, Client Services

Position Summary Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the role of Manager, Client Services in Woonsocket, RI, to analyze data processing matters and develop solutions to complex application problems and system administration issues. Responsibilities Design, create, and manage large‑scale data structures, data pipelines, and efficient ETL workflows to organize, collect, and standardize data. Generate insights and address reporting needs by interpreting large data results from multiple systems. Simplify complex cross‑system needs, lead a team to successful outcomes, and communicate effectively across teams on benefit‑related projects and global initiatives. Work closely with IT to understand complex applications and data scenarios, provide requirements, and simplify and enhance applications. Write ETL processes, design database systems, and develop tools for real‑time and offline analytic processing. Analyze configuration of assigned deliverables, provide automation solutions for the adjudication and PBM domain, and reconcile data across systems. Define functionality needs with business areas, collaborate with technical teams, perform end‑to‑end testing, and ensure successful delivery of products, services, and solutions. Migrate data from one system to another with no impact to end users and external clients, and provide consistent reporting that highlights business trends and improvement opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Java, HTML, or CSS; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; jQuery, Ajax, REST, SOAP, or Web Service APIs; MySQL, Object‑oriented JavaScript, or SQL; Software development lifecycle (SDLC); Software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting; Web and mobile applications development; Writing application code and deploying to production; Developing backend services, performing code reviews, and collaborating with peers on software development solutions; Software development best practices; Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes; and Designing data models and solutions for analytical and reporting use cases. Experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Computer Systems Engineer/Architect, Database Architect, and/or Software Engineer is an addendum qualification. Pay Range $179,296.00/year to $179,296.00/year. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
