Position Summary As a Pharmacy Account Executive (AE) for CVS Health, you will serve as the senior level liaison for PBM clients. This is an excellent opportunity to interface with leadership both internally and externally. As a healthcare sales professional, you will use your expertise to grow our business through renewal, retention, and up‑sell of existing clients. Lead the strategic account team (account management, clinical, and operations) with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery. Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and effective written and verbal communication. Work collaboratively with internal teams including medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting. Apply consultative selling skills to recommend CVS Health solutions, identify key client needs, and influence up‑sell opportunities. Create and deliver quarterly and annual reporting to clients on drug trends, financial performance, and cost‑saving opportunities. Collaborate with partners (underwriting, networks, operations, trade, legal) to formulate responses to RFPs. Execute client renewals by building relationships with key stakeholders and asking probing questions that lead to innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs. Required Qualifications 5+ years of cumulative work experience or equivalent client‑facing experience in healthcare. Preferred Qualifications Account management experience or equivalent client‑facing experience in pharmacy or PBM industry. 2 years of sales‑specific experience. Experience managing employer group or health plan accounts. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
