About the Role ThinkingAhead is selectively expanding its leadership bench and seeking Associate Partners who are senior search professionals with established client relationships who are ready to grow their practice within a highly respected, values‑driven firm. This is a remote, entrepreneurial role designed for individuals who already operate with a partner mindset and are looking for a long‑term platform that supports both performance and purpose.
