Healthcare Project Manager

The Healthcare Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, patient care, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth across Oceans Healthcare. This position partners with executive leadership, hospital operations, clinical services, corporate departments, and external stakeholders to successfully plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate projects that support the organization's mission and strategic objectives. The Healthcare Project Manager provides structured project leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through implementation and post-project evaluation while ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and with measurable organizational outcomes. This role serves as a trusted partner to organizational leaders by facilitating collaboration, removing barriers, managing risks, and promoting accountability across multiple departments and facilities. Essential Functions: Lead multiple enterprise projects simultaneously across hospitals, outpatient programs, physician services, and corporate departments. Develop comprehensive project charters, implementation plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, budgets, and communication plans. Establish project goals, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors.
