Position: Associate Dentist We are currently on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Offer Guaranteed base pay of up to $900 per day with unlimited earning potential Expected compensation range: $230,000 - $350,000 Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 (dependent on experience and start date) Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month No lab fees Full-time providers can enroll in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-paid Short Term and Long Term Disability, as well as Basic Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Malpractice insurance coverage paid by the organization Paid holidays and time off Reimbursement for Continuing Education Continuing Education opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursement for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, including ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance Visa and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
