Onsite - Irving, TX
Contract to Hire $18-19/hr
Imprimis Group has partnered with an elite client seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Corporate Office Facilities Assistant to support daily operations at a fast-paced corporate headquarters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of office activity—balancing front desk responsibilities, administrative support, facilities coordination, and mailroom management.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors, employees, and clients.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and internal culture initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, package distribution, and shipment tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of corporate office or facilities experience, hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
