Field Service Project Manager

Project Manager – Field Service We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies at Bloom Energy. This fully on‑site, in‑office role is based in San Jose, CA and reports to the Director of Field Service. Travel: Must be able to travel domestically as needed, expected to be about 25%. Responsibilities Organize, implement, and track select field upgrade campaigns. Track and report on cost‑reduction projects. Manage internal Service Department projects. Manage customer upgrades, including contractor work and organizing Bloom personnel. Accountable for reporting project status to leadership. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and Operations teams. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on Project Management experience to track and deliver projects. Experience leading cross‑functional teams. Electrical experience, especially industrial electric up to 480V 3‑phase. Energy industry experience with projects in a commercial/data center environment is a plus. Proficiency with software and tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize and lead a diverse team. Proven track record successfully managing construction projects, setting timelines and critical paths. Problem‑solving mindset and a self‑starter. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred.
