ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a team of three. My career with State Farm began in 1986 as an auto claims representative, giving me decades of experience helping customers and building strong relationships within the community.

I attended Lander University and have lived in the same community as my office for nearly 40 years. I truly love the area and value the relationships and connections built over the years. I stay involved locally through my church and by supporting the Rock Hill School Foundation. Being part of the community and giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rob Joiner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
