Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

We are a company committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our global client base. We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal and external users via phone, email, or live chat onsite and international clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and related software for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Assist in the management of IT assets and inventories.
• Provide user training and support for new software and hardware implementations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of IT Support role
• Tier II-III Help Desk Support Ticketing
• Experience in Windows 10
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
• Familiarity with cyber security best practices
