Responsibilities

• Listen to prospective clients to understand their personal needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the process of choosing coverage that protects what matters most to them.
• Help existing policyholders review their current plans and make adjustments as their life circumstances change.
• Build and maintain meaningful connections with the people in our community.
• Participate in local office activities and contribute to a supportive atmosphere for your colleagues.
• Manage daily administrative tasks related to policy updates and client communication.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

• Comfortable engaging with people in person and over the phone throughout the day.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital record-keeping.
• Residency within or near Pearland, Texas.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
