Thomas Law Offices is a growing personal injury law firm committed to delivering justice and full compensation for our clients. Based in Cincinnati, OH, we advocate for individuals and families who have been harmed by negligence while providing compassionate, personalized representation throughout the legal process. We’re seeking a full-time, in-person Personal Injury Attorney to join our Cincinnati team. The ideal candidate has 3–10 years of legal experience , with a strong interest in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. This attorney will manage a caseload from intake through resolution, develop case strategies, communicate directly with clients, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and prepare cases for litigation and trial. We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving exceptional results for clients. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Develop and execute case strategies focused on maximizing client recovery Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial when appropriate Collaborate with paralegals and other members of the legal team to effectively manage cases Maintain accurate, organized, and timely case files Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout their case Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment What Guides Us At Thomas Law Offices, our mission is rooted in these values: Integrity – We are honest, ethical, and always do what’s right for the client. Qualifications 3–10 years of experience practicing law Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar Personal injury, plaintiff-side litigation, or civil litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and litigation skills Experience managing cases independently and working toward resolution Excellent communication and client relationship skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Trial experience is a plus Why Thomas Law Offices?
