Associate Litigation Attorney

We are now seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join our Warranty Defense team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities As a vital member of the team you will: Handle depositions and manage critical discovery tasks. Engage directly with clients and collaborate with technical experts. Write and argue motions. Work with partners through trial preparation and execution. Support partners on strategic litigation planning from inception to trial. Operate in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications Basic Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Active Texas Bar admission. 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability or insurance defense. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product liability defense litigation. Understanding of current state and federal procedures. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills. Desire to work closely with others in a team‑oriented environment.
