Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day clinical operations of the home health agency Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations and standards Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and home health aides Conduct patient assessments, care plan development, and ongoing case management oversight Monitor and maintain quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance Requirements: Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum 2+ years of home health or clinical management experience Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and CMS guidelines Experience with OASIS documentation and home health billing processes preferred Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills CPR/BLS certification required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for occasional field visits About Us: Project New Generation LLC is a dedicated home health organization based in Glendale, AZ, committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
