Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP licensure (ASHA CCC-SLP required)
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting
• Proficiency with ECATS for documentation and reporting
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Comfortable conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and providing therapy services to diverse student populations
• Ability to adapt to various educational settings and work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in alignment with IEPs
• Complete assessments, develop individualized plans, write goals, and document student progress using ECATS
• Collaborate with special education teams, families, and school staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and expertise
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and school guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development to support best practices
