Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
- Active North Carolina SLP license (NC License required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably using ECATS
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Previous experience in schools is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students based on IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Support teacher consultation and offer recommendations for classroom accommodations
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
