The faculty includes board-certified surgeons and national leaders in surgeons who treat a wide range of complex heart and vascular diseases.\nAbout the Cardiothoracic Surgeon Position\nThe Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin, in partnership with Ascension Texas, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery. Faculty in the division will be members of the Institute for Cardiovascular Health, representing an integrated heart care model. Eligible applicants will be fellowship trained and board certified (or board eligible within five years of completion of fellowship) in cardiothoracic surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
