Outdoor Activities Supervisor - Lead & Develop Team

Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC seeks an Outdoor Activities Supervisor to lead our land-based activities team on-site. This full-time role reports to the Land Operations Manager, delivering safe guest experiences and efficient operations. You will coach staff, uphold safety standards, and coordinate maintenance while adapting to events and varying conditions.
