ACTT Assistant Team Lead (Clinical Supervisor) – Community Mental Health Pyramid Healthcare | Charlotte, NC Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Day Shift On-Call: As Needed for Program Support Pay: $55,000 – $58,000/year Benefits: Full Benefits Package + Paid Time Off + Growth Opportunities What You’ll Do Clinical Leadership & Client Care Provide direct clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy Assist with assessments, treatment planning, intakes, and discharge planning Support crisis intervention and person‑centered recovery planning Coordinate care with internal and external providers Promote recovery‑focused, trauma‑informed care within the community Team Supervision & Staff Support Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and support to ACTT team members Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development Identify staffing needs, trends, and performance opportunities Promote a collaborative, supportive team culture Program Operations & Compliance Support ACT model fidelity and TMACT readiness Monitor documentation, census, productivity, and quality metrics Assist with scheduling, PTO approvals, timekeeping, mileage, and training compliance Provide backup on‑call support as needed Community Collaboration Build strong relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners Serve as a professional representative of Pyramid Healthcare in the community Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or related field Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with serious mental illness Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree 5+ years of related experience ACTT, CST, community mental health, or intensive services experience Licensure or license eligibility in North Carolina: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist, PMHNP, APRN, etc. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Employee Recognition Programs Referral Bonus opportunities And More Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is proud of its diverse workforce, and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pyramid Healthcare
