This part-time position focuses on promoting brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting office growth initiatives, with the opportunity of transitioning to full-time based on performance. Responsibilities Plan and implement local marketing and networking activities, representing the agency at community events using a company-provided vehicle. Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for licensed sales staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and key community influencers, ensuring timely and effective follow-up to support ongoing collaboration. Manage digital outreach, including social media and online engagement, to support lead generation and brand visibility. Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the sales team.
