Your Responsibilities

* Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiting team for comprehensive discussions

* Keep in contact with leads to nurture their interest and assist their hiring journey

* Diligently track and maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system

* Reap the rewards of commission based on the meetings you set up, the interviews that arise, and the hires made from your initiatives

What You Need to Thrive

Compensation Structure

This role is entirely performance-based, allowing for commission-only earning potential. This means there's no upper limit on how much you can earn nor restrictions on your ascent.
