Your Responsibilities

* Identify prospective healthcare professionals through our custom-built platform and your existing network

* Engage with potential candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess interest

* Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluation

* Maintain communication with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions through meetings scheduled, interviews held, and successful hires resulting from your outreach
