Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/ tickets. Schedule approved Estimates. Dispatch Technicians. Create Estimates as needed. Create invoices when needed. What You’ll Bring: Parts Knowledge. Scheduling / Dispatching Experience. Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver. Proactive and takes initiative. Knowledge with Microsoft Excel. Experience in construction or trades office settings. Sales and Marketing Support. Benefits: Paid holidays. 401k (After 1 year of employment). Health insurance (After 1 year of employment).
