Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state teaching license in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience teaching at the elementary school level preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability and positive attitude for supporting diverse student needs
- Willingness and ability to relocate for the duration of the contract
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized instruction tailored to students’ unique needs
- Develop and evaluate IEPs in collaboration with parents, staff, and specialists
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment
- Track and report on student progress toward IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum and use specialized teaching strategies to support learning
- Engage in ongoing communication with colleagues and families
