Instructional Designer - $34-$38/hr - DC

Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C. About The Job Support development and updates of online learning content (Articulate Rise & Storyline) Assist with course design across virtual, in-person, and self-paced formats Conduct accessibility reviews to ensure ADA/WCAG compliance Perform quality assurance on learning materials and user experience Support LMS (Thinkific) content updates, testing, and maintenance Assist with multilingual content and translation support Create and maintain documentation and SOPs Support new learning initiatives and process improvements About You Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of instructional design experience Experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline preferred Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards Experience with LMS platforms Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Strong communication and collaboration skills About The Position Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6-month contract, with potential to extend Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Compensation: $34-$38/hr Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
